We are three independent designers seeking three more to share our studio space. The studio is on the 8th floor of a scrappy hold-out building in Dumbo, at the very end of Jay St (right on the water, and near all the exciting parts of the neighborhood). Three of our studiomates have formed a company and are moving to a space of their own, and their desks are all available. Each comes with a desk, a filing cabinet, and a bulletin board. Shared resources include a work table, fridge, meeting area, gorgeous view of Manhattan (see below), fax machine, great natural light, a friendly vibe, laser printer, and stereo. Timeline of space availability is flexible.

Rent is approximately $375/month (per desk, and inclusive of: internet, electric, fax machine, etc.)
